My husband and I are so pleased to have access to Coastal Care Partners in our community. The staff is extremely friendly and get us in and out quickly when we have health issues. The facility is clean and has easy parking. I have seen Dr. Osterman on several occasions, and she is very attentive and caring. Our prescriptions are called in immediately with texts sent on the details. Many thanks for helping keep us well!
Courteous staff, set up and scheduling was very easy, but we had issues with some of the caregivers who came out to help with in-home health. Some seemed to lack the basic knowledge we expected caregivers to already have (like how to help with using the bedpan, how to help with transfers from a bed to a wheelchair, etc).

The staff made me feel very comfortable.Service was quick. Facility was clean and inviting. The practitioner was respectful and took time to listen to my symptoms and explain her medical advice.
Finally, healthcare the way it should be: Speed, service and top notch medical professionals - a tremendous vote of confidence in the medical team credentials, combined experience and intelligent approach. Olivia at the front desk called me (just 60 seconds after I filled out the website contact form) and set up a morning appt next day. Karen of the medical staff then met with me, arranged same day imagery appt and next steps. The staff are good communicators and educators which is something I want on my medical team to make things explainable to me. This has been a wonderful, refreshing experience in these times of overwhelmed healthcare systems, resources and long waiting times - where it's tough to get appt's quickly - especially as a new patient. Smiling in Savannah after this experience.
